Private Sessions

In these sessions, the coach works one-on-one with the client. These sessions can be in person, virtually or a combination of both during a time that will work best for the client. The session location preference is determined during the initial "intake" session as well as other logistics. 

Private Session

  • 60 or 90  Minute Session:  

    • -60 minute Face-to-Face

    • -90 minute Virtual

  • $65 per session

  • Session duration & frequency varies per clients needs

  • Each session must be pre-paid at least 7-days in advance

VIP Bundle Package

  • 60 or 90  Minute Session:  

    • -60 minute Face-to-Face

    • -90 minute Virtual

  • At least six sessions must be virtual

  • 10 sessions for $500

  • Complete package must be pre-paid
